Returns Policy

We value our customers and want every one of you to have the best experience with us and our products. We work hard to provide the highest quality products at reasonable prices to pawrents around Australia, however if you are not satisfied we encourage you to reach out to us - woof@houndtoearth.com.au and we will do our very best to provide a solution.

Refund eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original, unopened packaging. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items unless the item is found to be faulty. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for food products due to safety and hygiene reasons, but we’ll always ensure you’re satisfied with your experience.

Requesting a return:
To request a return, please contact us on woof@houndtoearth.com.au with your order number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if your return is approved.

If an exchange is arranged, please allow the usual processing and shipping times for your replacement items. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We are unable to control or predict bank processing times. If your refund is taking more than 10 days, please first double check your account and then contact your bank. If you have done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at woof@houndtoearth.com.au and we will look into it for you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
