Where are your Powder Pups made?100% of our Powder Pups are made in Australia from Australian produce and freeze dried in Western Australia. We take great pride in making our Powder Pups from start-end and knowing exactly what is inside. You will never see imported powders of any kind in our products.

Why do you freeze dry Powder Pups?The freeze drying process preserves food without using heat allowing high levels nutrient retention compared to other air-drying methods.

Are Icy Pups and Powder Pups safe for puppies?They sure are 😎 Our Icy Pup and Powder Pups are approved by a Canine Nutritionist for dogs 12 weeks + and come with recommended maximum daily serving sizes per your pups weight. Our Canine Nutritionist has approved both our Icy Pups and Powder Pups for puppies, adults and senior furkids to lick and enjoy.

How often can I feed my dog Powder Pups?On the back of our bags you'll find serving guidelines. As when introducing any new food to your furkid(s) diet we recommend starting slow to see how they handle it. Powder Pups can be served daily as an enrichment treat. Our serving size is 4 grams.

How do I clean my Icy Pup Pouch?After use simply hand wash with soap and leave open to air dry. Our Powder Pups are designed to be easy to clean/remove from enrichment products. Do not store until fully dry.

Do you HTE Stackable Lick Mats slide around?Our HTE Stackable Lick Mats have different suction technology from regular lick mats allowing them to have a strong suction on clean and smooth surfaces. The flat back allows you to stack them in your freezer and save space. as well as not sticking to your bench top during prep.

What makes Icy Pups different from other treats?Our Icy pups are long lasting treats that will leave your pup satisfied. Holding an Icy Pup for your furry bestie to lick and nibble on creates a bonding experience unlike any other kind of dog treat. Due to the frozen nature of our treats it allows your pup to enjoy it for longer period of time than a normal treat - aka less ongoing begging (woof woof!) Icy pups are dairy free, grain free and meat free, so they make the perfect treat for dogs with allergies and/or sensitivies. Not to mention, due to their nature they are a great source of hydration for your pup.

How long does shipping take?We aim to have your HTE order shipped within 2 days. We will send you a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been processed. We offer both standard and express shipping options across Australia.
