Powder Pups are freeze dried in Australia from Australian produce in a HACCP certified facility. Our formulas are blended in house by us in Western Australia where we adhere to safe and strict hygienic standards.

When creating Powder Pups we had a goal - simplify the enrichment process for dog owners without sacrificing nutrition for our furry bffs. Freeze drying is king when it comes to nutrition. This is because the freeze drying process preserves food without using heat, allowing the highest levels of nutrient retention (97%) compared to other air-drying methods (60% -75%). Plus, it’s shelf-stable and super versatile. Convenience for you, top-notch nutrition for your pup!

We use real fruit & veg, some of which are more prone to clumping than others in powder form. As this is purely a cosmetic issue, we choose not to ‘fix’ it by adding any preservatives or additives and therefore there will be some clumps in Powder Pups (which we feel is better than anything artificial!). Don’t stress though, these clumps will break up naturally as the powders reabsorb water. To dissolve bigger clumps we recommend letting your mixture sit for 30 seconds prior to mixing or just break them up with a spoon while mixing.

Absolutely! It’s designed for daily use to give your doggo a little extra health boost or just add excitement to their treats and/or meals. On the back of our bags you'll find serving guidelines. As when introducing any new food to your furkid(s) diet we recommend starting slow to see how they handle it. Our serving size is 4 grams.

We want you and your pup to be 100% happy with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original, unopened packaging. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items unless the item is found to be faulty. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for food products due to safety and hygiene reasons, but we’ll always ensure you’re satisfied with your experience.
